An ex-banker & advocate,  Allen A. Kxan started his career in 1972 as a cashier for a nationalised Indian bank and progressed steadily to become its senior manager. In his long career run at the bank, he received zonal, regional postings and project appraisals exposing him to various industries like food, food processing, commodities, legal, financial, forestation, film, national and international corporates. This particular career phase turned out to be an unexpected training period for what was to come next; Allen A. Kxan took to change of career in 1998 and established himself as a financial and legal advisor for corporates. In the following years, he extended his legal and advisory services to government-financed NGOs’ working in the field of developing international corporations for business development. Allen A. Kxan has also served as an advisor to the organisation advising the government of the UAE.

In 2006, Allen A. Kxan was joined by his son Changiz Kxan as an assistant strategic advisor subsequently, taking his father’s indigenous work to the world market, building international alliances, and adding international commodity trade of soft minerals and base metals as a new extension to the business.  At present, the father and son duo are partners in Allen Strategic Advisory with offices and joint ventures in Europe, assisting European brands in the matters of corporate and brand promotions, trademark, intellectual property law, funding, equity participation, and technology.
